Grave Babies share new track "Something Awful"; Holographic Violence out July 24

Credit: Eleanor Petry

This morning, SPIN shared "Something Awful," your second dose of new music from Holographic Violence, the forthcoming full-length from Seattle band Grave Babies. In true Grave Babies fashion, the song is part pop catharsis and part hard rock assault--an ode to a blighted vision that's been brought to vivid life by the meticulous production of Danny Wahlfeldt and Mark Gajadhar (Blood Brothers) and the expert mixing of Matt Bayles (Alice in Chains, Mastodon). Listen to it here.

Holographic Violence drops on Friday, July 24th, and the band will celebrate that day with a free, all-ages in-store at Everyday Music in their native Seattle, followed by a set at the Cha Cha Lounge as part of the 2015 Capitol Hill Block Party.
